This Woman Complained To Raffy Tulfo About The HR Staff Who Allegedly Molested Her.

One woman came to seek help at 'Wanted Sa Radyo' after allegedly molested by the HR staff of the hotel where she applied in Quezon City.

The complainant, Aleda Lumaque, said that she arrived at the hotel where she applied for a job at around 9:40 and was interviewed at around 11 o'clock.

The interviewer said to her that she will undergo physical assessment. She said:

'Ok lang po naman sa akin kasi ang pagkakaalam ko po sa phusical assessment is sa ears, sa nose, at sa mga skin lang po ang titingnan."

'Kaya lang po. Tiningnan niya po yung aking mga masiselang bahagi ng katawan ko. Hinawakan niya po ako sa dibdib ko, sa pinakamaselang bahagi po ng aking pong katawan.'

According to Lumaque, she only applied for the position of admission assistant and the physical assessment was ok for her. But her concern is when the HR Staff started to touch her private parts.

The woman also revealed that the HR staff pulled down her underwear.

Arnold Manuel, the complained HR staff explained that during the initial interview, he asked Lumaque if the physical assessment is ok for her and she said yes. Then, he proceeded to the physical interview that leads to an alleged sexual harassment and acts of lasciviousness.

Manuel admitted that he pulled down her underwear to see if she has a tattoo or what but denied the touching accusation.

The host explained the Manuel is only an HR officer and not a doctor that is why he has no right to touch and assess her private parts.

In the end, the victim doesn't want to accept Manuel's apology but rather file a case against him. Raffy Tulfo, on the other hand, explained what Manuel did to Lumaque and suggested that because the victim wouldn't accept his apology, he just look for a good lawyer to fight for him.
