It can be recalled that Mark Herras has been the subject of controversy back in 2010. The controversy was fueled by a series of screenshots wherein it allegedly showed the actor and his private part. The actor strongly denied and cleared out his name from the rumors. He once said:
“Nakikipag-chat ako sa isang maskuladong lalaki? Ano ba naman? Gusto ba nilang i-insinuate na bading ako? Parang yun ang isa sa mga nakakatawa ro’n sa intriga. Pero, bakit naman kailangang gumawa ng ganoong klase ng isyu, ‘di ba?”
Almost 7 years have passed, but the issue has found a way to resurface and to bring doom to the actor’s life once again.
According to PEP, the alleged video scandal has been leaked online. While Mark’s involvement in the video is yet to be verified, Jerry Olea, a writer in the said entertainment site, emphasized that there is a striking resemblance between the man in the 8-minute scandalous video and the Kapuso actor.
Lolit Solis, Mark’s manager, is also uncertain of the person’s identity in the video.
“Naku, knowing kapilyuhan ni Mark Herras, puwede! Pero di pa rin ako sure. Itanong ko sa kanya kung true or false, pero dahil sinabi mo namang dakila. OK lang, walang dapat ikahiya. Naku, ewan ko ba kung bakit big deal, e, lahat naman ng boys, ginagawa iyan.”
She even added in jest:
“So what, basta nag-enjoy ang nanood. OK lang. Kung kahiya-hiya ang sandata, saka itago, di, bah? Hah hah!”
Gorgy Rula, a writer in PEP, said that Mark Herras has not been answering his inquiries and is yet to release his official statement about the leaked video.
