Imagine the paralyzing fear you would feel when you find out that a man has been your dressing room this entire time. A young woman, unfortunately, became a victim of a disgusting peeping tom with a camera. But to his surprise, this lady fought back and handed him to the local authorities.
Chezca Figueroa was shopping inside a well-known clothing store like any mallgoer would do. Thinking that she was in a safe environment, the young woman didn’t bat an eyelash as she stripped down inside the store’s dressing room.
As she was trying on different clothes, Chezca noticed that someone was right outside the room she was changing in. To her horror, it was an audacious peeping tom with a small camera attached to his bag. This meant that while she was changing, this predator was already spying on her.
While her Facebook post didn’t talk about specific details, Chezca succeeded in bringing attention to the man’s actions and he was brought to the city’s police station. The peeping tom violated the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act and solid evidence was given to the police.
His camera had a micro SD card that was found on the clothing store’s floor already cut in half. You could hear from her voice that Chezca was truly furious about what had happened and she wasn’t going to allow this man to get away with what he did.
